We have 3 levels of classes, that progress upward. Classes are always free, and taught by trained instructors, bankers or mortgage professionals.  The only thing you pay for are your books. CLASS 1-Being good at being Broke

The middle-class man’s guide to navigating the financial system 

This 4-week course will teach middle income individuals people how to live well with what they are currently making. The course covers how to avoid debt and how get out of debt once you’re there. The do’s and don’ts of Credit Cards. What your Credit Scores means, and how to repair credit. How to qualify for a loan.

CLASS 2-How to Get a Mortgage

The Step by Step Guide 

This 4-week course will teach individuals how to qualify for a mortgage. We will discuss what your credit score means for a mortgage. How to find a real estate agent-or not. When to shop for house. What to expect at closing. First time buyers assistance. This A-Z program walks buyers through the process step by step so that they are ready to tackle a mortgage in just 4 weeks.

CLASS 3-If I had a Nickel

Investing, Capitol, 401k Savings and Education Planning Explained 

This 4-week course is design for those individuals who are ready to start planning for their future. Investments, stock, bonds, CD’s. What does it all mean? And what is right for you. We’ll make it all crystal clear. We also, discuss 401k and other retirement options, and how to plan for a child’s education.

Your personal financial awareness, can determine where you should start. If you’re unsure we’d recommend starting with Class One and progress through the program. Classes are held during the tax off season (May 1-November1). Each Class is four weeks. Classes are held Monday- Wednesday from 10am-12pm or night classes 6pm-8pm.
